IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ:

All Resale Certificates need to be paid for before leaving the office or at the time of pick up.
Resale Certificate is only good until the end of the month it is issued.
Once a Resale Certificate is ordered, no monthly or special assessment payments will be accepted. If a payment comes in after a Resale Certificate is ordered it will be returned to the unit owner.
RIPAC requires a Resale Certificate be ordered at least two weeks before a scheduled closing.
IMPORTANT: Resale certificates do not get mailed. We urge people to pick them up as they are originals.
