You RIPAC
Property Manager will work side by side with our
maintenance and financial departments to plan
maintenance and long-range capital projects. All
non-budgeted planning would of course require
approval by the Association's Board of Directors.

CMRS (Computerized Maintenance Response System) by RIPAC coupled with a redundant reporting scheme and
strategic supervision, provides a complete informed,
accountable and meticulous maintenance service.
Whether for
use by RIPAC workers in the field, or at the request
of a unit owner, the CMRS allows for any information
on a maintenance project, large or small, to be
instantly accessed. All work completed is diligently
reported on each day and put through multiple
reviews, which weeds out error and assures attention
to detail.
This adept
